BOOK YOUR SUMMER VACATION NOW! Located on Embden Lake. This 3 bedroom camp is located right on the water. Cottage has three bedrooms, (1) 3/4 bath with washer and dryer. Big kitchen with bar area, large living room with a wood stove (Cottage also heats with propane monitor) and a small sitting room. Sleeps 6 comfortably, can sleep as many as 8. With two double beds and one single bed, a futon that pulls out in the TV room. There is a TV as well as a DVD player with movies, PS2 and WIFI. A few toys / games. Kitchen is equipped with a gas range and oven, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Pot and pans, flatware and utensils are available. Each room has blankets, sheets and pillows. From every room in this beautiful Maine cottage there are water views. Large deck, great for sitting out and watching the glorious Maine sunsets. There is a small fire pit near the water for any of our guests to enjoy. Property also offers a public swimming area as well as your own private swimming area in front of the cottage. There is a large playground for the guests with children. Cottage can be rented on long & short weekends, Week long rentals. It is also available year 'round. Rentals rates are as follows: Peak Season (Between Memorial and Labor Day)$500.00 Weekly; $250.00 weekends; $300.00 long weekends (3 nights, 4 days) A $200.00 refundable security deposit will be applied in addition.Off Peak Season Rates$400.00 Weekly; $150.00 Weekends & $200.00 Long Weekends (3 nights, 4 days). A $100.00 refundable security deposit will be applied in addition.In addition there is a 7% ME lodging tax applied to all rentals as well as a $150.00 cleaning fee.
